Meet Dr. Katie Thomas

I’m Dr. Katie Thomas, PhD in Organizational Psychology, and I’ve spent the last 14 years studying the millennial work experience. My research uncovered seven blind spots that silently hold back even the most talented professionals from promotion into executive leadership.

I founded More Millennial Executives to change that. My mission is to help millennial leaders rise into executive roles — not by working harder or burning out, but by building clarity, visibility, and sponsorship in sustainable ways.

I’ve partnered with purpose-driven professionals who felt stuck, unseen, or undervalued in their organizations. Through research, coaching, and strategy — and through my podcast, The Dr. Katie Show — I share stories and tools that help millennial leaders unmask their blind spots and rise with confidence.

Beyond my research, I’m also a coach, speaker, and creator of the Blind Spot Quiz and Executive Readiness Coaching Program. Whether through one-on-one coaching, workshops, or resources, my goal is simple: to prepare more millennial executives to lead across generations — and to transform the future of work.

At More Millennial Executives, our vision is to empower a new generation of leaders to rise with clarity, confidence, and sustainability.

We believe that when more millennial leaders step into executive roles, organizations — and society as a whole — benefit. With millennial executives at the helm, we’ll see workplaces that value well-being, collaboration, and integrity just as much as results.

That’s why our Big Hairy Audacious Goal is bold and measurable:

To prepare one million millennial leaders to rise into executive roles by 2035.

Our mission is simple:

Unmask the blind spots holding millennial leaders back and prepare them to lead across generations — creating a more uplifting and impactful world.
